Geographic data display ie USA states
In Excel I used to be able to create a map of usa and use my data to drive a visual dashboard comparison of state data. For the life of me I can't find where/how to do this in OpenOffice so would GREATLY appreciate anyone who can point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance,

Re: Geographic data display ie USA states
In short, after reviewing the link above I believe this is still on the "to do" list ... since 2009?
So if you also need this feature and go to use Tableau Public like I did, I found it wants to link data to Excel.
As a result I start my spreadsheet in ODS, copy it to Excel and chart in Tableau. Doable but not ideal.
In the grand scheme of things there are bigger problems for the world to solve ... counting my blessings.
