My problem is that I have formula with the caption and while the caption is very long the formula is very short, and for this reason the caption is broken in 5 lines, if I resize the frame to get the caption in one row the formula stretch itself too and I get a resized formula with a bigger font size.
How can I have the caption in one row without that the formula get resized?

Captions in Writer are quite problematic. You can cut the formula before resize the frame and then paste it again, or you can use alternatives for the caption system:

I will take a look to the alternatives.
