The dotted line is not visible to the note

I apologize for my bad English. After installing 4.0.0 I have noticed that when in notes dotted lines are almost invisible (screenshot attached). Now it is very difficult to find the one piece of text to which the note. It is difficult to edit the text. How can I fix it? Thanks in advance for your reply.

At present there is no known cure. The easiest way is to find the note anchor (the little triangle).

I have posted a link to the above report on the developer list. I couldn't find an existing Bugzilla report (although I didn't try very hard).

Edit: As of 30 August 2013 a fix is in progress. Hopefully this will be included in the coming revision of AOO
