I'm a OO user
(YEAH, I LIKE, I LOVE FREEWARE! DON'T YOU?) for many years now and I was looking for some extension. I found out that a lot of extensions aren't translated to English.When some programmers like it to have it translated into English, I can read Dutch, German, English and I know how to use Google Translation and Online Translation Websites.
So, all you have to do is the next:

Create a button for it on the Homepage 'Help to Translate!'.

You need a webpage with all the stuff in categories for translation. Like: Extension/Themes/and so on.

What you could set it all separeted, like: English to ?; Not English to ?; Your language to ?.

What you could do is, tel at that webpage how to use Google Translate and that kind of stuff and that it will be checked anyway.

You need extra stuff to fill in by the program/extension programmers when uploading/presenting there stuff, like: The language it is in and when wanted translated into another language.

You need an extra programming of your website/server to let it all come together.
